1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betjd online platform and all services associated with it. The following definitions are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the betjd website (betjd.cam) and all its sub-pages, services and applications.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "betjd" refers to the organization that operates the platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a member's account.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the betjd platform, you are fully accepting these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to become a member of the betjd platform:

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• If any personal information changes, the member must notify the support team immediately.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

Use a strong password for account security and never share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

betjd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Towards this goal:

• At the time of registration or at any appropriate time, betjd may request a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence) to verify a member's age and identity.
• If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
• If registration by a minor is proven, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• betjd is committed to protecting minors and will make no compromise on this matter.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Providing correct transaction details at the time of deposit is mandatory. betjd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits must be made only from the member's own mobile banking account; deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the member's own registered payment account.
• betjd has the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• If fraud or unusual transactions are suspected, withdrawals may be delayed during investigation.
• If an attempt is made to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

betjd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All terms related to bonuses are described in detail below:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
• To receive this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must bet 20 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus combined.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• The same member may not claim a specific bonus more than once.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, betjd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• betjd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.

VIP Program

betjd's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the member's activity and betjd management makes the final decision on this matter.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on the betjd platform:

• All bets or games are played using real money; a bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• betjd has the right to review game outcomes caused by technical errors; if the correct outcome is restored, that will be considered final.
• Game rules and game provider terms and conditions always apply.
• betjd is not responsible for issues arising from loss of internet connection or other technical reasons.
• If any error is discovered in the software or game system, betjd reserves the right to take appropriate action.
• In sports betting, if any event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the deposit will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjd platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple accounts for bonus abuse or fraudulent purposes.
• Money laundering or transactions involving unlawful funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another person's account.
• Game manipulation or collusion (illegal agreements between multiple players).
• Registering using a false identity.
• Exploiting any technical error in the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

betjd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
• If identified as a minor.
• If unlawful activity is suspected.
• If identity verification information is not provided.

A member may also request account closure at any time. In that case, email [email protected]. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules.

9 Limits of Liability

betjd does not bear responsibility for the following:

• Issues caused by a member's internet connection or device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by a member's own negligence or disclosure of login credentials.
• Service disruptions during technical maintenance or emergency situations.
• Service interruptions due to external causes (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

betjd strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Privacy & Security

• Members' personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Information is not sold to third parties.
• Only necessary third parties (payment processors) can access specific information.

11 Responsible Gaming
